EOH announces proposed disposal of Information Services business

As a valued customer and partner of Xpert Decision Systems (Pty) Ltd (“XDS”), you are no doubt aware that as an organisation we have evolved over the years into a successful business providing a suite of credit, risk, and data solutions to customers across the continent.  

In this regard, we would like to draw your attention to a recent SENS announcement regarding the sale of the following Information Services companies to Bachique 842 Proprietary Limited. Bachique 842 is a South African-registered company wholly owned by LR Africa Holdings, which in turn is advised by Lightrock, a global private equity platform backed by LGT, an international private banking and asset management group.  (“the Purchaser”):

• Hoonar Tekwurks Consulting South Africa Proprietary Limited (“HTCSA”),
• Managed Integrity Evaluation Proprietary Limited (“MIE”),
• Xpert Decision Systems Proprietary Limited (“XDS”) and
• Zenaptix Proprietary Limited (“Zenaptix”).

The transaction is in line with the purchaser’s strategic intent of acquiring high-growth, scalable businesses as well as in line with the leadership’s desire for future growth, building out more diversified solutions and further expansion of its international footprint.
